Shipping policy

• Shipping Timeline: We aim to ship within 48 hours. Orders cannot be canceled once they enter the allocation and processing stage. Potential delays may be caused by:

1. Invalid or incomplete addresses

2. Inventory allocation from multiple locations

3. Changes to addresses or products

4. Delays in fraud clearance for high-risk orders

• Shipping Carriers: Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. International orders can be fulfilled by UPS or DHL, based on customer preference. Tracking information will be sent via Email and SMS once your order ships.

• Premade Items: All available items ship within 24 hours.

• Preorders: For items marked as preorder, please follow the instructions in the item description.
